Hi everyone,
I'm................ Well, you can call me Uncle Wally. I've traveled all over the USA from east coast to
west coast, from the Canadian border to the Mexican Border. An in almost every state, in almost
every town  I was able to find a Walmart.
In my travels I would always find a Walmart employee who seemed to be every interested in my
travels, and the stories I had to tell.
Everyone seemed so warm and friendly. Then one day a couple of months ago, I ran in to a
disgruntled Walmart employee.   I about fell over, I couldn't believe it. I stopped to talk to this
person, I had to know what the problem was. Of course it was a management problem, and there
was nothing I could do. But listen to this poor tortured, abused soul.

What I found truly interesting about this encounter was that this person was not alone.
This person introduced me to many others, who all had similar problems with the management of
  their store and store policies.

So I got curious and started asking question of other Walmart employee's. At first many of them
refused to speak with me out of fear of reprisal's from Walmart. If word got out about their actual
feelings about their employer and opinions about the policies.
As time went on, I gained their trust and they would open up, and tell me what it was really like to
  work for Walmart.
Then one of these disgruntled employees asked me if there was any thing I could do to get the
word out to other's, and to get management in the corporate offices to sit up and take notice.
Then it hit me like a run away Walmart tractor trailer driver, asleep at the wheel.
A web site! A web site that has the ability to swing both ways. To get both the good, and the bad.
A site with a name that might get the suits in the corporate office to sit up and take notice, to
start to make changes. A site that caters to both the employee, former employee, and future
employee as well as the the public.
So I went to a friend and asked for his help in putting this site together. So here it is.
A place for every one who works at Walmart  or has worked for Walmart in the past.
Complete with a message board for posting both the positive, and the negative.
Best of all, a place where they can post their true feelings about their Walmart experience.
To do it with out fear of reprisal from the suits at Walmart as well.
